What I’ve done
After graduating from Barnard College, I immediately joined the fashion magazine world where the art of casting and photo-production were introduced to me. Under the tutelage of many of Conde Nast’s finest Fashion and Art Directors, I created, styled and produced fashion/beauty shoots. In 1997, I became a full-time resident of Amagansett, and began amassing an insider’s knowledge of the Hamptons and Eastern Long Island. In 2002, I opened Li Productions, offering outstanding locations and full-scale, high-end production services for clients looking to shoot in the Hamptons.
What I do
Representing an ever-growing extensive, and often exclusive, collection of exquisite private homes and commercial spaces, from NYC to Montauk, and with a special affinity for all things coastal, from our calm Southampton bays and inlets to our rocky Montauk surf breaks, my aim is to always provide my clients with seamless and responsible production quality that adheres to the area’s high standards for public and private land preservation and commercial use - with an emphasis on personalized service, exceptional communication skills and close attention to detail. With a keen sense for specific location-adjacent needs, I can provide locally sourced production services for any size project, from editorial print to feature films, from the simplest to the most extravagant.
Why I do it
I feel very fortunate to live in a community as abundant in natural beauty, inspiring architecture and magical light as the Hamptons, allowing me to continue my career and build a business involving so many talented and creative people, many of whom I am lucky to call friends.
